Game Details:

Galaxy Flyby is a game where it tests you on the fight or flight response in an interactive action space shooter

Genre: Arcade, Action, Space Shooter, Survival

Objective: Find your way home. Energy is your only resource. Upon 0%, the ship can no longer sustain itself and will explode. Obtain energy by flying into high orbit over planets. Be careful, planets in this region are hostile and will fire upon your ship. If you find the situation too challenging, you may opt to warp away for a more favourable situation.

Note: In orbit mode, all ground forces has to be destroyed and the planet energy is either drained or your ship is 100% charged to leave orbit

The game is a test on your fight or flight response.

Game Features:
- Detailed personal score sheet up to 10 previous high scores.
- Normal Mode: 10 warps/levels
- Survival Mode: Infinite gameplay
- Awesome WebGL effects
- Bonus: Interactive Menu, click on the enemy ships to find out!

Player Controls:
In Main Game: 
Arrow keys for movement. 
Spacebar to shoot primary cannon. 
Control to launch bombs (with splash damage). 

In Orbit:
Up/Down Arrow key to adjust orbit height
Space to launch planetary bombs

Om Nom Zom!!!

We have been hard at work and decided to add some last minute contents to Om Nom Zom (ONZ).

A minigame has been added that allows players to scavenge for supplies to survive the horrors of zombiepocalypse.

Sounds easy? Well, the scavenging takes place in the night and all you have is a torchlight in hand to help you find your way around.

Make sure to head over to our Facebook Page @ Hydar Games and like it to get exclusive close beta invite which will let you play the game before it is fully released.

The screenshot below shows the player exterminating a zombie in one of the rooms at night that players can scavenge for supplies.

"No zombies allowed on the bed!"

The screenshot below shows the player killing zombies with a pistol in the living room of a house.

What would a zombie survival be without some night time action.

"Guess he got tired of watching TV."

The screenshot below shows the player butchering the zombie with an axe. The zombies are very "bright" at night, so players can sneak up and axe them in the head to save ammo.

"Always wondered, why can't zombies open doors?"

Here is a little teaser of our next game:

An early screenshot with the player defending himself against zombies.

It involves zombies and a whole lot of brain splattering fun.

An action, defense game, the player is tasked with surviving the horrors of mindless zombies for a period of time until help arrives.

Player will be assisted with an assortment of weapons, traps and companions to ensure that his brain stays in his skull.

A more recent shows the player bashing some zombie skulls with an axe while being assisted by an array of different traps which the player can access throughout the game.

The game is currently in its final phase of development and will be entering closed beta soon for testing.

Ski Mayhem

Ski Mayhem current version: 1.15 (20 August 2012)

Test your reflexes and see how long you can survive in this Action packed Survival game.

The map,terrain objects and unique events are all Randomly generated as you play making every game, a uniquely different experience. 

All artwork are custom drawn along with cool sound effects to make your journey downhill an exciting one. 
Player controls a skier escaping an avalanche by speeding downhill while avoiding obstacles. 

Grab Powerups to gain special effects and score bonus points but be wary of its side effects. 

Rewarding players as they progress, the game comes filled with exciting achievements that will get you wanting to play over and over again.

Player Movement key: 
[ W ] - Slowdown 
[ S ] - Dash Forward 
[ A ] - Turn Left 
[ D ] - Turn Right 

There is currently 2 game modes: 

• Normal Game Mode 

Press [ B ] at Game Menu 
- Escape the avalanche by reaching the helicopter at the foothill 

• Survival Game Mode 

Press [ R ] at Game Menu 
- Neverending Survival Challenge with the objective of getting as much points as possible 

There are currently 4 Achievements which players can obtain:
Speed Demon! - Achieve 251km/h 
2 Million! - Obtain 2 million points 
Immortal - Collect 10 lives 
Get to da choppa - Survive and complete Normal Game Menu 

Player can collect powerups that appear randomly within the game to get point bonus and special effect depending on the powerup:

• Rainbow Ice Cream 

- Gives point bonus upon collect and increases point game per second. 
- Gives the skier brain-freeze and slows down time for a short duration. 

• Flask of Yeti Sweat        

- Gives point bonus upon collect and increases point gained per second. 
- Adds 1 life to the player. 
- Permanently increases player speed by a random amount. 

In development pipeline: 

• Mobile Version
• Addition of a looping music for the game and menu 
• Option to turn on/off sound or music 
• Highscore Board 
• More achievements 
• More random events 
• More Powerups 

Known Issues/bugs: 

• Player death sound effects automatically played when the game loads (randomly happens, does not affect gameplay)

Skiing has never been this exciting.
